Welcome aboard on what we intend to be a long, innovative, instructive and entertaining cruise through military-themed literature. Over the two decades since the founding of Warriors Inc. in 1985 we’ve been wondering how to connect our growing audiences with some of the best, hard-to-find military books. Note the two adjectives modifying military books there if you will. We’re trying to offer some of the best stuff written about military people in various conflicts both historical and modern. That includes and will emphasize works that you won’t find in your local big-box book stores. We want to offer an insightful, engrossing slate of books that conveys the flavor and feel of the military experience. And that’s because we believe an outfit that understands the military experience – and that’s us by definition – ought to be publishing those works and offering them to an audience that appreciates it.

Shopping for your military bookshelves with us will introduce you to some great stories by talented authors who have seen the elephant, heard the owl and made a commitment to tell you about it in books that otherwise might never be available to a broad readership. This is a growing and expanding effort and most of our initial offerings are fiction – or what must pass for fiction in books written by people who have lived through wartime experiences and written about them – but we will also be offering some free stuff including historical monographs drawn from official records. You’ll have to dig up a little cash for the other works available through Warriors Publishing Group because we believe our authors merit compensation for their efforts in combat and at the keyboard.
